Download/Prepare: Download an M4R or MP3 file (under 30s) in Safari or move it to your Files app.
Locate File: Open the Files app and find the audio file.
Share: Long-press the file and tap Share.
Set: Scroll to select "Use as Ringtone". If not visible, tap "More" to find the option.
Confirm: The tone will now be listed in your Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone.Method 2: Using GarageBand (For Custom Editing)
Open GarageBand: Select the "Audio Recorder" (microphone icon).
Track View: Tap the Track View icon (leftmost icon top left).
