Buying sim cards with wallet funds?

Is this possible? Or is wallet funds strictly for PAYG type use and add-ons?

    Wallet funds are for pay as you go only. They can't be used for anything else. They can be refunded though.

    The wallet is only for Pay As You Go. You can't even buy Add-On with it.
