If you don't know the code to your voicemail, you can easily change it from Fizz' website.

Go to Manage my plan -> Advanced Parameters -> PIN to access your voicemail

If you forgot your PIN: You can modify it from your Fizz account under My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Parameters > PIN to Access Your Voicemail.

Hey! Like everyone else mentioned you can change it online. I also never received my PIN for my voicemail, but was able to change it in the account (My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Parameters > PIN to Access Your Voicemail). There is also an app called "Fizz Messages" that you can download and then you can see all your messages without the PIN. I found the app helpful because you can listen to the voicemails in any order, and fast forward or rewind if you miss part of the message. Although unfortunately it is just another app to download LOL. Hope this helps!
