Discovery discount ended need to change plan
My 6 month discount ended and I need to change my plan settings.
Was getting unlimited text and call with 20gb data for very cheap in MB. But now that plan has expired (on March 1) and my plan is suspended because I didn't pay for the rate for the above plan. I'd like to change my plan to lower the new montly cost by decreasing my data from 20gb to maybe 5 or 3 and also switch from unlimited text and calls to something cheaper by purchasing and add on package. I'm assuming I also have rolled over data since I never used up ever the 20gb of data during the 6 month promo. How cAn I do all this? Everytime I adjust my plan when I hit "next" it simply prompts me to "what would you like to do next? Activate a new sim, purchase an esim..."
Do I actually need a new sim If it's change my plan? I simply want to change my plan options and pay the new lower amount with my credit card on file. Is the suspension stopping me from doing this? Do I need to pay the amount for the off promo plan in full and then make adjustment before the next billing cycle?

In your account, select Plan, Manage my plan, Change my plan.
Then you can choose whatever features you like to change and see the current price.

https://fizz.ca/en/supportIf you're in Quebec or Ontario you can use your account's wallet for pay-per-use minutes and texts, just make sure to charge it with enough money for your usage in advance.

To be able to change your plan, the current month's payment must be made.

Settle the outstanding payment, afterwards you will be able to make your plan change which will be effective 1 month later.
