To my knowledge there used to be an upgrade for $2 rebate on the mobile plan, is that still available to get somehow?

I think the $2 might have been for home internet service, which has different upgrades than mobile plans.

Yes, now only have $1 Rebate.

For know all the Mobile Upgrades gaven are 1$. You may have 2$ upgrades just for Internet plan. It is clearly described in the board joined that you can find at the end of that page : https://fizz.ca/en/rewards-program
