Level 2 reward of 500MB data

How do I activate the 500MB reward when I have achieved level 2.
Do I need to remove the 250MB reward first and then add the new 500MB one? Or do they work together for 750MB
I removed the 250 and tried to add to 500 but it didn't stick. Maybe at next renewal.
Any thoughts?
This has probably already been answered before but I couldn't find it at quick glance.

"If you select a slot where there’s already another upgrade, we’ll ask you to confirm the swap. If you accept, the new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle."

Rather than removing one upgrade before adding the new one, what you want to do is swap upgrades by following the steps in this FAQ:

    1. Log into your account and click on the "My Rewards" tab of the My Benefizz page.
    2. Click on the "Manage my upgrades" button.
    3. Select the upgrade and click on Apply. At that moment, you’ll see the white boxes below your plan start to move. Those are the slots where your upgrade can be applied. If you select a slot where there’s already another upgrade, we’ll ask you to confirm the swap. If you accept, the new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle.

If you Remove the 250MB upgrade before Adding the 500MB upgrade rather than swapping upgrades, then you will have to wait one payment cycle for the 250MB upgrade to be removed and another payment cycle before the 500MB upgrade can be added whereas swapping upgrades will take effect at the next payment cycle.

Plus, when I tried to remove an upgrade last year, the system got stuck in Pending Removal for multiple payment cycles and required manual intervention from the support team to resolve.

So, definitely swap rather than remove.
