I want to pause my plan because I am studying abroad for 5 months. When I follow th instruction given by fizz, it seems like it doesn't work because I can not find where to pause on the website.

    It is not possible to directly pause or suspend a Fizz mobile plan. While home internet plans can be paused for $10, mobile plans must instead be adjusted to the lowest possible.

    Unless you are willing to loose your current phone number, in that case you can delete your mobile plan and subscribe to a new plan when you're back.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible for mobile

    You can't, this is only available for an internet plan, but not for phone. I personally would unsubscribe until you get back from study abroad, you gain virtually nothing by keeping your phone line active

    Hopefully fizz bring option to pause your monthly plan temporarily
