Hello.
Recently I purchased Canada+USA pre-paid plan with eSIM .
Before asking this question I search this forum and did not find any new (updated) messages regarding roaming options.
So, here is my questions:
1. Does Canada+USA plan, beside calling USA numbers from Canada, include possibility to recieve and send calls when I am in USA ?
2. Voice roaming options: Does Fizz offer roaming calls (send and receive) when outside of North America zone ? I plan to go to Europe this summer so I need to know is this option available. I know there is a lot of data roaming options combined with apps like wechat, whatsapp and similar ones, but I mean real roaming accessibility of my number during my stay in Europe.

And here are my other questions :

3. I did not find (or missed) length of agreement for pre-paid plans: does it stick to 24 months agreement or it is free (indefinite) plan agreement so I can leave/cancel my number whenever I want after some period of time? Is there any penalty for leaving Fizz at all ? For now I did not see anywhere is stated in agreement document .
4. 911 calls: Some of pre-paid operators in Canada offer this number with symbolic price to include in their pre-paid plans. Does 911 is free to call in existing calling plans in Fizz ?
5. eSIM transfer to new phone ? Does somebody know a refferal to Fizz's faq's explaining this procedure ?

Thank you in advance for your kind help.

Hi. Absolutely, your plan travels with you. Don’t forget to turn roaming on, there are no roaming charges with Fizz.

You can purchase data addons - I am unsure about voice tho. I was in Europe for two weeks in November and the data add on worked flawlessly.

You can cancel Fizz at any time without penalty.

It is always best to read the official FIzz FAQs. Searching the help feature will often get results from the forum itself first rather than the FAQ’s

    1. Yes :)

2.Yes but it's pay as you go with the funds in your wallet which can only be used for limited purposes

    1. Cancel anytime, but the month you cancel in is already obviously prepaid so you won't get anything back from that

    2. Pretty sure emergency calling is included everywhere yeah

    3. It's a very easy process, someone else already posted the link
