My question is
I see I have upgrade 250mb
What else I can do to get 500mb or 1gb or free dollar off?

I don't see option that shows how many points I need for next level

You need to earn points and you’ll get what you want: both of them (more datas and free dollar) in higher levels.

Your fizz homepage should show you how many points you currently have and how many more you need until the next level
