Need to call US from Canada; International calling add-on not offered for purchase

I want to buy an add-on so that I can make a call to the U.S. from Canada, but in the International Calls add-on drop-down menu, if I select the United States of America, there are no add-on options offered.

I tried selecting a different country to see if it would work, and it does; it's just the US that doesn't offer any rates or options.

    I can confirm this problem. There are no options to choose from when selecting the United States as destination country for International Calls. Other destinations work. Fizz will need to fix the website.

    It seems like as of right now there is no solution, but did you try contacting customer service directly outside of the forum?

    Unless you have a super cheap plan you don’t want to give up, get a Canada /USA plan. The difference is a dollar or two a month.
    There are also apps that you can use, and pay for, that will make calls to mobile/landlines in the USA. I used to use Skype in the 2000’s. Apparently www.viber.com works well, but I have never used it.
    I would still recommend though just getting a Canada/USA plan from Fizz. I have one and it is great.

    I would contact support for assistance. You may also be able to find an app that has free US calling.
