Suddenly can't add numbers as different contacts

Hello, my friend has 3 numbers under their account, and I'd like to save the 3rd number as a contact to make gifting easier.

I never had an issue with the first 2 numbers, but when I try to add the new one, I get an error telling me the contact already exists.

Does anyone know how I could add the 3rd contact? Thanks.

    Did you try entering his email address instead of the phone number?

    Find out is your friend has 3 separate accounts. My guess is that 2 numbers are on 1 account and 1 number on its own. That is my guess as to why it telling you that the account already exists as both numbers are linked to one account. I'm only guessing here as everyone i know that has fizz has there own account so cant test this.
