It's -23°C today, and the power has been out in Côte Saint-Luc and NDG since this morning.
Does anyone know what caused it or when the electricity will be back on?

On Hydro's site it shows as 21 individual failures in the area.
Some mention equipment failures and others show undetermined cause.
Restoration estimates vary from 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, and undetermined.0

Yesterday they said will fix on 8pm, but we still have no power now. The temperature goes to 1.2°C in my garage, hope they can fix soon.
