Go to https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/plan
Manage my plan -> Change my SIM. Follow the instructions.
Make sure to install the eSim in your phone within 30 minutes after ordering and that your phone is connected to WiFi while installing.
Please be aware that it will take 30 minutes and possibly a phone reboot for the new eSim on the new phone to activate. DO NOT delete the new eSim from the new phone if it doesn't seem to work at first.Refer to this for more information:

Tried but it won't let me confirm my CC
I guess, you'd have to contact support for that.

You should validate your identity as the owner of the plan. If you can't confirm your CC, contact https://fizz.ca/en/support?

How do I convert my Sim to e-Sim ?✅ Before you start (important)
Your phone must support eSIM
Your phone must be unlocked
You need a stable Wi-Fi connection
Keep your physical SIM in the phone until the process is finished
🔄 Steps to convert SIM → eSIM (Fizz)
Log in to your Fizz account
👉 https://fizz.caGo to My plans → Mobile → Manage my plan
Select Change SIM card
Choose eSIM
Confirm the change
Fizz will generate a QR code
On your phone:
iPhone:
Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Scan QR codeAndroid (varies by brand):
Settings → Network → SIMs → Add eSIM → Scan QR codeWait a few minutes for activation
Your physical SIM will automatically deactivate
📱 After activation
Restart your phone
Test:
Calls
SMS
Mobile data
⚠️ Important things to know
eSIM transfers are not automatic
If you change phones later, you’ll need to repeat the eSIM processYou cannot move eSIMs freely like a physical SIM
Keep your Fizz login credentials safe (you’ll need them again)
💡 Should you switch?
eSIM is great if:
You travel
You want dual-SIM
You don’t want to handle tiny SIM cards
Stick with physical SIM if:
You change phones often
You want quick, carrier-free SIM swaps
