I can't dial any service numbers for utility companies

I am unable to dial any utility company. Many have a 310 number with only 7 digits. I can dial successfully on other people's phones with other phone companies but it doesn't work with Fizz. I tried guessing the area code. Used the chat function to inquire and nothing works.

To start, please make sure that the phone number you’re trying to call is valid and entered correctly. We also recommend rebooting (power cycling) your phone, as this can help reload all apps and allow your device to re-authenticate with the Fizz network. To do this, press and hold your phone’s power button for 10 seconds, then turn the phone back on.

If the issue persists, please reset your network settings by following the steps below based on your device:

For Android:
Settings → System → Reset options → Reset cellular network settings

For iOS:
Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings
