Having issues with zScaler with home wifi

I cannot seem to connect with my work laptop using zscaler vpn. I've been able to connect for over a year up until today I tried to log on, it would not connect. But when I connect via hotspot (phone connected to wifi), it works. That's odd since I am using the same wifi over the hotspot... Was there an update to router? zScaler issue? Work laptop issue? What could it be?

    I would try setting DNS manually either on device or router and check DHCP settings.

    Contact your IT support to see if they blocked your IP address.

    It fixed itself after a modem restart.
