Hi, so it has been a few months now, but my app doesn't let me do anything because it says my router is offline. Though my wifi works perfectly. I've tried uninstalling the app, logging out, restarted my modem, changed the power outlet in which it was plugged in and nothing works. I also tried contacting the support team but it does not seem to help. They all repeat the same things to me... Has anyone had issues with it? Because for months now I cannot even use the app.

I had something similar when I changed my modem.

In the app, go to the menu in the top left corner -> Fizz Wi-Fi app account -> Delete this Fizz Wi-Fi app account -> close the app. Reopen the app and login with your Fizz account credentials, it will recreate your new Fizz Wi-Fi app account and everything should work.

I have not encountered this problem

Disable the VPN if you are using one.

On which device does this happen (ios/android)? If it’s on iOS, temporarily disabling mobile data and keeping wifi only may help.
