Reactivate ported line

If I reactivate with Fizz a ported line, can I use my old Fizz SIM or I need a new one?

    I'm pretty sure you can enter the activation code from old sim card when prompted to. If that doesn't work you can contact support via chat.

    Make sure the sim card has the lightning icon for VoLTE printed on it, otherwise it's not compatible with the network after the 3G shutdown.

    Your old SIM card must have a red lightning bolt icon to work.

    Yes, you can reuse your old SIM card.

    Yes, you can use your old sim card, but only if it's a new model card, with a red lighting on it.
