    You don't have a data plan can't give you any. Here what come up when i try.

    This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan.

    To receive data, you must have a plan that includes data

    "If your plan includes no mobile data at all, you cannot receive data from another member.
    For example, if your plan includes only calls and texts, without data, you won’t be able to use a data gift sent by a friend."

    I suggest you to verify if you got those FIZZ free data perks on your account.. Choose the perk's circle in the blue board at the left of your Overview account page. You'l see this picture

    A lot of free datas there. Pay attention to activate just what you need and come back when you need again.
