When I tried to gift you data, it said "This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan."
According to Who can I send a gift to, we cannot send a data gift to:
- People who are not Fizz members
- Fizz members with no data plan (for example, a customer who only has minutes in their plan)
- Fizz members who have designated themselves incognito
If you have a mobile data plan then check your privacy settings to see if you're in incognito mode.
