Porting to Fizz
I now want to port my Telus number to Fizz (to the newly created account). I can't find the process online how to do it.
Can someone clarify how to complete the number porting from another provider.

You can unsubscribe your current plan and get full refund within 15 days: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe#4. Then create a new plan and transfer your old number: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activation-how-do-i-transfer-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz

You can't port your Telus number into an existing Fizz plan. Instead, create a new plan, porting your number into that, and then, once complete, cancel your current plan that you used to try out Fizz.
Be aware that this cancels any referral bonuses that you may have with your current plan.

To transfer your phone number, you must take out a new plan. It cannot be transferred to an existing plan.
