Porting to Fizz

I just signed up for Fizz and got a new number to try out the service.

I now want to port my Telus number to Fizz (to the newly created account). I can't find the process online how to do it.

Can someone clarify how to complete the number porting from another provider.

    You can't port your Telus number into an existing Fizz plan. Instead, create a new plan, porting your number into that, and then, once complete, cancel your current plan that you used to try out Fizz.

    Be aware that this cancels any referral bonuses that you may have with your current plan.

    To transfer your phone number, you must take out a new plan. It cannot be transferred to an existing plan.

    Be sure to enter the referral code in the new plan and select port the number when you create the plan.
