I submitted a change to my plan.
Is there a way to see what the new plan is?
I want to make sure the current offering is not better than what I am getting.

When you request a plan change, you immediately receive an email, titled "We received your change request." This will list the fundamentals of the new plan that you have selected.

    For example:

We’re getting your new mobile plan ready for Month Day, Year.

    Phone number: (XXX) YYY-ZZZZ
    Your plan: Data 1 GB | Texts 0 | Minutes 0 | Coverage Ontario
    Price: $ X.XX/month (taxes included)
    Next payment: Month Day, Year

Then, 4.5 days before the new plan comes into effect, you receive another email "Your new mobile plan." This will again list the fundamentals plus it will have your full new Mobile Services Agreement attached.

    Edit:
Sorry, I went back to check and might have been wrong in my previous comment. Maybe only the original plan gets a complete confirmation email with service agreement and plan details.

Ha ha. I did the EXACT same thing. Changed my plan a week or so ago, forgot the specifics and changed again to what I think is a better plan for me, but I am not exactly sure :-P

When you go to manage my plan -> change plan, you're find the new plan details.

    Thanks - you are correct.
My new plan has 2.5 the amount of data for 3.00 a month more - gotta love Fizz!

That shows the current offerings which may be different from the one I changed to.
I want to compare the one I am changing to to the current offerings,
I found the details in my email.
