I understand that your computer connects successfully via Ethernet and is receiving the expected speeds, but neither you nor your partner can see or connect to the Wi-Fi network on your phones.
To help narrow this down, could you please try the following steps:
Restart the router by unplugging it from power for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in.
Check whether the Wi-Fi light on the router is on or blinking.
On your phones, toggle Wi-Fi off and back on, then check again for available networks.
If possible, let us know whether any other wireless devices can see the network.
