Trying to add a1G bonus to my plan but it doesn’t seem to take it. I’ve got one slot open a 2 active. Why will it not work

    Hi, if you're talking about upgrades for mobile plan it only activates on your next billing cycle.
    If you wait a bit then check again it should say activation pending, otherwise you can contact support via chat.

    You need to wait for your next billing cycle.

    Does it show pending or do you have other perks enabled?
