Alcatel 3082X Flip phone not working with Fizz

I activated yesterday. I know the sim is good because it works with another phone. The phone is not from Fizz. It's a previous phone. It is unlocked. The phone says no service and the signal has a "x" on it on the screen. Any idea why?

Your phone is not suited for the North American market. It doesn't support any of the LTE frequency bands in use in North America, except one. And if you don't have a tower close that happens to use that one band, well, no connection.
Cell phone frequencies are just different here, you can't just bring the cheapest Europe/Asia phone here and expect it to fully work.

You need to check out the frequency on which your phone works.
