hello, currently have an iPhone with a sim card, I am in the process of transfering to an iPhone 17 and it is asking me for QR code to transfer the sim to esim i suppose

Open your Fizz account > My plans > Manage plan > Change my SIM. From there, you can choose the eSIM.
