Is there a limit on $40 referral bonus?
I just referred my mom. We both got the $40 bonus. When she got her own referral code, it says her bonus is $40 if she refers someone else but my bonus dropped from $40 to $25. What's going on ? Is there a limit on the number of $40 bonuses we can send?

There are no limits for the refferal bonuses.
Currently the refferal bonuses are dependent on the province. Quebec users receive 25$ and users from other provinces receive 40$.
E.g. You are from Quebec and you reffered a person from Ontario. So you will receive 25$ and the person you reffered will receive 40$.

Referral bonuses aren’t the same everywhere. In Quebec it’s $25, in other provinces it’s $40. Say you’re in Quebec and you refer someone in Ontario: you’ll get $25, and they’ll get $40. It’s the province that decides the amount, not the person you refer.

I'm wondering if @meatsheep is asking whether non-Québec people can get the $40 referral bonus only once. Which is indeed possible, it would certainly explain why I see online ads for the Fizz $40 referral bonus everywhere but when I click on any of the ads, it says I get $25. I'm in Ontario and I did do a $40 referral back in October.

There might be a display issue where in account, under your referral code, it shows $25 but if you look up referral bonus the promotion is still $40.

No, under the public terms of Fizz’s referral program, there is no fixed cap on the number of $40 (or applicable) referral bonuses you can accumulate over time. As long as you meet the referral criteria (fresh new user, active plan through required payments, etc.), you can refer as many friends as you want. The only “limit” is practical — how many eligible friends you can find, and whether the promotional rate remains in effect.0

Someone, presumably from the forum, used my referral code yesterday to activate their Fizz plan. First of all, if you are reading here, thank you, I hope, you'll enjoy your Fizz service.
As a result, I am now able to confirm that multiple $40 referral bonuses are indeed possible on the same account.

Interesting that it differs by province, I assume because they have less customers in other provinces so are trying to make the services more enticing?

I think he said he got $40 despite being in Quebec.
My referral (Ontario) has been $25 and $40 so I think it changes.0
