Hi everyone,
I really need some help.
I’m completely out of data because Fizz drained my entire 1 GB in just 3 days, even though I was mostly at home using Wi-Fi. My previous provider lasted me a whole month with 2.5 GB, and I did not even use it all, so this doesn’t make sense at all. Support keeps saying I used it myself, but I honestly don’t believe that’s possible.
Right now I can’t even use Google Maps, and I really need some data to get through the next few days. If anyone has extra data and could send me a Data Gift, I would be extremely grateful. I’m not planning to buy extra since this situation feels unfair.
