General feedback about FizzTV

I've been using FizzTV for a few months now and I'm satisfied with the service but there are a few pet peeves that are quite annoying.

The most irritating one is that I have to log in on my mobile devices almost every time I come back. Is there a reason why I can't stay logged in on my device? (I do not have this problem on the Chromecast version of the app, only on my phone and tablet)

It also says that I'm supposed to be able to view across multiple devices, but if someone is at home watching on the Chromecast and I start watching on my phone while not at home it will disrupt the viewing experience of the person at home and they will get an error message and won't be able to view anything until I'm back home or I stop watching while I'm away.

Are these known issues? Are there fixes expected for this? These are not deal breakers, but fixing these would definitely improve the overall experience.

Cheers,

GG

To watch Fizz TV on multiple devices, all devices must be connected to the Fizz internet modem. If this condition is not met, Fizz TV will only work on one device. This is not a bug; it's how Fizz is designed to work.

Exactly how it's supposed to work.

I see. That’s the reason why when I’m not at home, it’s not possible to Watch Fizz TV on more than one device…
