how to fix message synchronization error in visual voicemail

For Samsung Galaxy, go to SETTINGS/CONNECTIONS/DATA USAGE/ALLOWED NETWORKS FOR APPS/VISUAL VOICEMAIL/ Mobile data preferred.
Then go to SETTINGS/APPS/VISUAL VOICEMAIL / Scroll to MOBILE DATA/APPLICATION DATA USAGE/ turn on radio buttons for Allow background data usage and Allow data usage while Data saver is on.
Then go to SETTINGS/APPS/VISUAL VOICEMAIL / Scroll to MOBILE DATA/APPLICATION DATA USAGE/ turn on radio buttons for Allow background data usage and Allow data usage while Data saver is on.
