I DONT USE THE PHONE, I WANT TO CANCEL MY PLAN ASAP

    To cancel a Fizz plan, log in to your account, go to "My plans," select "Manage my plan" or "Manage," and then click "Unsubscribe". If you want to keep your number, do not cancel; instead, have your new provider initiate the transfer process, which will automatically cancel the Fizz service once the number is transferred.

    Once signed into your Fizz account, go under My plans > Manage my plan > Unsubscribe.

    You can unsubscribe from your plan at any time, but the cancellation will officially take effect at the end of your current payment cycle.

    If your cancellation occurs during the trial period, you'll get full refund.
