I am aware of four categories of data you can have
- Data you buy as part of your monthly plan. Rollover: yes
- Free monthly data upgrades from the Fizz Rewards program. Rollover: yes
- Perks, one-time gifts you receive from Fizz. Rollover: no
- Data gifts received from other Fizz members. Rollover: no, but valid until the end of recipient's next payment cycle. So, minimum 1 month, maximum 2 months.

Yes and no.
Data from Perks is valid for 30 days only and is not rolling over.
Data from upgrades is valid for 90 days and is rolling over.

Only rollover is data from the plan
Perks and gifts does not count
