Go to https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/plan -> Manage my plan -> Change my SIM and follow the instructions.
    More information here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-change-sim-associated-my-mobile-plan
Do not delete your existing Fizz eSim profile from your old phone until you've confirmed that the new eSim on your new phone is fully operational.
You have to install your new eSim profile on your new phone within 30 minutes of it being issued. Otherwise, the transfer will be cancelled. Once installed in your new phone, it will take 30 minutes before it starts to work. Do not delete the new eSim profile from the new phone if things don't immediately work. After 30 minutes, reboot your new phone if things don't start working automatically.

You cannot transfer a Fizz eSIM directly to a new phone, but you can activate a new eSIM on the new device by requesting a new profile through your Fizz account. Go to "My plans" > "Manage my plan" > "Change my SIM" and follow the instructions to activate a new eSIM.

    See point 6 https://fizz.ca/en/faq/install-and-activate-esim
