Unfortunately you can't do it. When you update or change your plan, you have to pay the current price.

You can change the data plan to a phone-only plan, and then cancel the original phone-only plan. But, as the other members said, this can only be done at the price points currently offered.

It is possible with a port out to another provider follow to a port back to Fizz to the higher level account. A Fizz account can have more than one plan.

You can't do it within Fizz. If you really need it, the only way is porting out your number and porting back to Fizz.
