    Got this error:

    This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan.

    Thank you so much, really appreciated!

    I do have a data plan, and privacy setting is set to Full experience, but currently has 0 data.
    Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks for your help
