How I get update for my plan?

Hi everyone! I'm new to Fizz and just activated my plan with 1GB of data. I noticed I can add 250MB as an update, but I think I’ll need more.

    You can request data donations by asking your question without the Data gifting category.

    I assume you mean Upgrades. Each time you reach a new level in the My Rewards program, you unlock a new upgrade. An upgrade is a long-term reward that boosts your plan every month, like additional mobile data or a monthly discount on the price of your Home Internet plan. You can get the following Mobile upgrades at each level:

    Level Points Mobile Upgrades Number of upgrades
    1 0-1499 250 MB 1
    2 1500-4499 500 MB 1
    3 4500-8999 250 MB 2
    4 9000-14999 $1 rebate 2
    5 15000-22499 250 MB 3
    6 22500-31499 500 MB 3
    7 31500-41999 $1 rebate 3
    8 42000-53999 1 GB 3
    9 54000-67499 $1 rebate 3
    10 67500 $1 rebate 3

    The My Rewards program allows you to earn rewards for every dollar you spend. You also move along in the program when you participate in the Community Hub, gift your mobile data to another Fizz member, refer a friend, etc.

    He could mean the single use bonus he got for signing up.

    If you level up the you have better bonus, otherwise ask for data gift or pay for more data
