New member, didn't know upgrades don't apply immediately, need data desperately

I made a plan with no data because I thought I could use the 250MB upgrade immediately, but it doesn't so I need some data
Any amount will do, I just need a little

    It'says that I can' t give some because your forfait don't include datas

    You can't receive data if you have a plan without datas.
