I have both a Samsung A52 5G and A14 5G phones. I wish to buy a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 LTE which uses eSIM.
Can you tell me if currently Fizz supports eSIM?

Although Fizz support eSIM, it doesn't support them on the Apple Watch with LTE support.

I don't have any information regarding Fizz support for the Samsung Galaxy Watch, but I'd suggest that you get confirmation from Fizz support directly before taking any buying decision.

Yes, Fizz support eSIM, but not for the watch.

Why doesn't esim work for any device that supports esim?

Because the vendors want you to use their watches as add-ons to their phones replacements. Which you could totally do if an eSim watch was completely standalone.

Also, most people expect their watches to receive the same calls and messages as their phone does, i.e. under the same phone number. That requires extra effort to tie two sims together under the same number which only works if they are from the same network. And not every carrier chooses to implement it.

Because usually its extra to put an esim on an apple watch or galaxy watch, it acts pretty much like a separate plan from your phone, it doesnt just "add" your current esim into watch

Do you want the same line or second line on the Samsung Galaxy Watch?
