Deleting deactivated plans
I have 3 plans (2 are deactivated).
The deactivated ones show first which is annoying.
Can they be deleted?

I asked the question in the chat, and I was told it would remain available permanently. No one mentioned the 3-year time limit — the person said it was used for the database.

I've already read on the forum that it will disappear on its own after a while!0 -
It will stay like this for 3 years.
After you cancel your plan, you will still have access to your Fizz account. All information about your plan — including your transaction history and payments — will be kept for three years.
