How to access to the 19$ mobile plan with 1gb ?

I have seen the mobile plan at 19$ with call canada minute unlimited, text unlimited, voice mail AND 1GB. But when I logged in to make change to that plan, fizz offer me that plan at 24$. Do I have to set a new account, get this plan on a new SIM and transfer my phone number to that plan ? Thx

    It is not available in Quebec

    It could be a Quebec/Ontario thing.
    Check the province in the upper right.

    Probably other province.

    With Fizz, impossible to transfert the same number with other account fizz.

    Prices vary across provinces and change over time. You might have seen an offer that ended or intended for somewhere else.

    Good morning @Bach D.
    Than plan is available in Manitoba, but was not always. The last time I checked, 5GB was the smallest plan available.
    As others have mentioned, plans are province specific

    The prices are all different according to the province you are in.

    They have 1GB for $19 in Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Ontario.
    Just not Quebec.

    There are some great Fizz promotions for provinces outside Quebec.
