Anyone knows where to find the latest deals on Fizz plans?

I'm just wondering because it's the second time this happens to me.

First it was for my internet plan that I could upgrade for the same price I was already paying and, today, I just realized that I could change one of my mobile plans and pay a lil around 3 dollars less than I paid the previous months for the exact same plan.

So, every penny counting, I made the changes. But could I've made them sooner? What if there was a place where these deals are all listed out as soon as they come? Does this place exist?

Any lead is welcome. I think such a tool would be of great help to all of us.

    Fizz change their plan pretty often you should simulate your plan from this page https://fizz.ca/en/mobile or directly from your account trying to change the plan
    Fizz it will not modify your plan, neither when price goes up neither when it goes down
