Can I stack internet upgrades?

Hi! I am on Level 3 and since starting in 2024, I have the $2 and $1 off options on my internet plan. I read that I can have up to 2 upgrades applicable each month, so can I stack the two upgrades to get $3 off my monthly plan? Or is only one active (in this case, keep the $2 off active)?

The upgrade work with level. Level 5 for 3 box.

Max internet. 3x 2$
Mobile 3x 1$ or extra meg.

Since you reached level 3, you may activate your two upgrades (2$ + 1$).
