remove?

My data plan is automatically charged, but I don't want it anymore. Can I remove it? I haven't used any data.

    Yes you can change your plan ( don't unsubscribe ).

    Go to My plan ( left of your screen ) and then Manage my Plan ( green button on the right of your screeen ) and then Change my plan ( left of your screen ) and then Customize my plan and then remove Data by clicking on - until it goes to zero
    .

    It you only want to remove the data on your plan, yes you can do it too
    However, there is a freezing period of 108h hours (4.5 days) before the next billing cycle.
    And yes if you have extra data this will be available till their expiration, the data is valid for 3 full payment cycle. Check the guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan
