Hi All, i have a suggestion for Fizz.. When i joined Fizz a 20 GB plan was available for $30. Now i see that only 15 GB option exists for $35.

The slider that allows you to pick the data amount is not free form. In that i can't pick 8 GB if i wanted. The slider gives the illusion that we can freely choose whatever data amount we want but in reality that isn't the case.

The slider only allows a set bucket of data and you either take it or leave it.

I would like to see Fizz provider customers the ability to pick as much data in 1 GB increments as possible. They can still offer a better rate on higher GB buckets but having the ability to choose exactly what you want is something that's missing in the market right now.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post so i apologize if it isn't.

To see the other plans, you must click on the "Customize my plan" button in "Change my plan"

Yes, you can’t increase each gb by gb plan. They offer some gb slabs like 1gb, 4gb, 15gb etc.
Till yesterday the plans were different.
Even if the plan changes you can be with your old plan until you change it. You can still get 20gb per month until you won’t touch the plan.
You will see good promo plans in every 2-3 months. So hold on and Fizz won’t disappoint you.
And you have data rollover as well. So if you don’t have any 20gb data you can switch back to 4gb and the remaining data from your 20gb can be used in next 2months and meanwhile your 4gb will data will rollover to next 2 months.
Fizz never disappoint you if you are looking for a budget plans.

That's not the point. I just wanted fizz to be different and provide a truly customized plan which no other provider does. the pre-set data buckets don't go far enough

It's true that the price structure of the Fizz plans on paper lost most of its flexibility in the last couple of months and now closely resemble what you can find at other low-cost carriers as well.

However, keep in mind that there are still things other than price that make Fizz special. And also allow you to save. Data rollover and gifting is something you don't see anywhere else. Just imagine having a single individual in your peer group take out the 100GB plan and then "gift" data to others in group as required on a regular basis. There is your flexibility.
