When to enter a referral code during activation, porting, and plan selection?
I have referred someone to join Fizz. They have a physical SIM card, have activated it, and are at the point of selecting a plan. At what point is my referral code entered by them? I have seen posts asking about the missed use of a referral code. I've also seen some which indicate it is not obvious, or in one case was not found. The reply to that case was..."It was at the very last step when activating the sim card, right before to submit after confirmed the plan."
If that is correct, is the referral code prompt or field obvious?

The referral code must be entered in the field provided at the bottom of the order summary.

The referral code must be entered after selecting the plan and before the total amount it is shown.
And this can be used only on the first plan activated in one account.1 -
right before you submit the plan to activate you will see it says enter a referral code. it's pretty obvious if you are not rushing the steps and take your time.

Select the plan and fill in your referral code, then submit.
