If so, how do you like it vs. the old modem?

    Unfortunately, I don't have it. It's reserved for new customers subscribing to the 500 or 940 Mbps plans.

    I chatted with Fizz support recently, they told me if I upgraded to the 940Mbps, they would offer me a modem upgrade. So I am waiting until 6-30-2025 to see if they will follow through with their promises.

    I have it but I am a new customer so I cannot comment on the old one. However, so far, the new modem is working perfectly, no issue to report.
