Historical monthly data usage broken?
Hello,
There seem to be a problem with the past monthly data usage.
When I check on the website via mobile Firefox, I don't see usage of past months. The meter is fully blue, with lots of expired upgrades, one rollover (I think there should be two) and two monthly plan. And there is no actual total shown anywhere.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Thank you

Clear your cache, try other browsers in private mode, turn off your VPN if you use one.

Clear your browser cache and logout then login again.

The PDF reports are working. Thank you for this hint.
But it's not as easy to read like the web version is.
Thank you all the others for the suggestion of clearing cache, private mode and making sure any VPN is off. But it didn't solve the problem.
I also just confirmed that I also have the problem on my computer (I was testing on my phone before).
