Adding second line with seperate account

Second line would be separately billed to employer. Can this be done? The benefit is that I would only need to carry one phone around.

If you have a phone with dual sim capability, yes, this can be done. From the technical point of view, it doesn't matter if the two lines are in one account or in separate accounts. You will have two Fizz (e)sim cards either way.
