SIM Cards for switching to FIZZ

Hello all! Just joining this forum, considering switching to a Fizz phone plan. My current phone is not compatible with eSIMs, but it does have a physical SIM card in it. My questions are: (1) Can I use the SIM that is currently in my phone as a SIM that I already have, and just activate it to my FIZZ account? (2) If I need to order a SIM card from FIZZ, does that mean that the SIM Card will be mailed to me, and I will have to replace it on my own? Does the opening tool get mailed along with the SIM Card?

    Hi, new sim for Fizz and yes tools is include.

    1) only if it is a fizz sim otherwise you need to buy one
    2) yes for the 2 questions

    Your current SIM card is not compatible.
    The Fizz SIM card will be sent to you by Planète courrier.

    Yes, the SIM card tool is included.

    Hello @nbinnema

    You must have a Fizz sim card. If you order one from Fizz, it will be a courrier service delivery. You may also buy one at different places.

    No activation fee. You will receive a tool with the sim card and instructions to install and activate.
