Can I apply an unused Internet Benefit on my Mobile account?

I have an unused $2 benefit on my internet plan. I would like to apply it to my mobile plan. Is this possible?

    not possible. internet can only be applied to internet and mobile to mobile

    No, it is not possible, it can only be used on an internet plan.

    If you reach level 4, you can get a $1 rebate on your mobile plan. I'm trying to get there myself.

    Internet and mobile are different.
