I have several referral bonuses listed in pending. I noticed that some of them have a specific date on which they will be paid off, but two of them have no specific date. What’s the difference?

    That is difficult to say, I have not experienced this. For the ones not showing any date, or sure the people you referred continue to be active subscribers?

    I also noticed it the FAQ, https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends, that it says "When the invited person completes their third monthly payment", this used to be after their second payment. Not sure, if this is a recent policy change or the FAQ just always had it wrong.

    You can always check your email history or Fizz' notifications history to check, when your pending referral bonuses were added.

    Do you know the people you invited? Ask them to check the referral bonuses status then you'll find the answer.

    I have exactly the same next, I think it could be caused by a problem when activating his plan!!!

    If the date does not appear, you will not receive any bonus!

    i've seen this before. it usually lasts a few days and then a date will be added. it'll be retroactive to when they used your code so don't worry.

    If no date is eventually displayed, his bonuses will disappear!

    The date will be added later for those ones.

    Probably open account but no activate package or plan.

    The date will be added later for those ones.

    In my case, when there was no date, the bonus disappeared after a certain time.

    This happened to me in the past. The person who used your code signed up for the internet service. He/she is waiting for the arrival of the modem. As soon as his/her internet service is up and running you will see the date appear in your referral bonuses.

    Thanks for the clarification. So, in a few days a date should appear!
